Rhode Island Small Business Recovery Program

The East Providence Area Chamber of Commerce is a proud partner in this initiative.

Recognizing that Rhode Island has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country and that our

economic recovery is anticipated to lag behind other states, a group of local leaders have collaboratively

created the Rhode Island Small Business Recovery Program. This comprehensive, zero-cost business

training program is designed to move Rhode Islanders from unemployment to self-employment and increase

the probability of success for existing businesses.
